This is the best off-grid washing machine money can buy!  Ideal for off-grid homes, cabins, homesteads, remote jobsites and other places relying on solar power.  Based on a bulletproof washing machine from Speedqueen, this machine is modified by Fisher Manufacturing with a heavy duty DC direct motor and all-new electronics and control boards.  Basically you get world-class Speedqueen washing machine technology that is redesigned to operate directly on 24V DC (Direct Current).

This is one of the last commercially available washing machines with a transmission agitator inside.  That means that your clothes will get much cleaner than the newer impeller style (forward/reverse) like you will find at the big box store.  Why are newer models inferior?  Because the government mandated that they use less water and energy and the manufacturers couldn't figure out a better way to do it.  So new models are more expensive, less reliable, and less adept at actually cleaning clothes.

To make this unique product even more awesome, it is available with a DeWalt/Milwaukee adapter so you can use your power tool batteries from DeWalt or Milwaukee to do your laundry.  Otherwise, this machine can be directly wired to a 24V DC battery bank and run efficiently on solar power.
