Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
All credit card transaction fees and shipping, if applicable, will be deducted from the total refund amount.
To be eligible for a return, you must email us first for RMA approval. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted including but not limited to products with obvious signs of use or that have been damaged in shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
We do not offer exchanges but the manufacturer of the product you are returning may allow an exchange for another of their products. We will be happy to consult with the manufacturer to see if this is a possibility for you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You are liable for the product's safety and condition during return shipping so we recommend that you insure the product for its full value and get a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during return shipping.
