Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before the order is shipped for a full refund minus credit card transaction fees.  According to Shopify (which handles the payments and refunds), a refund can take up to 10 business days.  In our experience, it is usually within 1-2 days.

Returns
After an order has shipped, an unused item can be returned within 30 days in the original packaging for a full refund minus credit card transaction fees and shipping fees.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

If the order shipped with free shipping, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, you must email us first for RMA approval.  Please do not ship the item back to the warehouse without permission.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted including but not limited to products with obvious signs of use or that have been damaged in shipping or that are customized in some way.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (regardless of whether it was shipped free) will be deducted from your refund.  

We do not offer exchanges but the manufacturer of the product you are returning may allow an exchange for another of their products.  We will be happy to consult with the manufacturer to see if this is a possibility for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You are liable for the product's safety and condition during return shipping so we recommend that you insure the product for its full value and get a tracking number.  We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during return shipping.
