Refund & Order Cancellation Policy


Refunds are only offered in two scenarios:  a prompt order cancellation or a pre-approved product return. The critera for those two scenarios to qualify for a refund are outlined below.

We reserve the right to withhold credit card transaction fees and shipping fees and all other actual costs incurred in processing your order for all refunds at our discretion!  A little bit of kindness and understanding goes a long way in working with us to find a solution to your refund request.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as the order has not already shipped.  If you notify us before noon Eastern time, we should be able to halt the shipping process and cancel the order for a full refund.  Emails asking for an order to be canceled are not sufficient!  You must call us at 405-824-3570 before noon Eastern time to cancel your order.

Orders can be canceled for a partial refund after the order is shipped only after the product is returned in unopened, undamaged condition.  Credit card transaction fees and shipping fees WILL be deducted from your refund.  No exceptions. You are also responsible for the return shipping charges to return the product to the warehouse.

According to Shopify (which handles the payments and refunds), a refund can take up to 10 business days.  In our experience, it is usually within 1-2 days.  If you have not seen the funds returned to your credit card after at least two business days, please contact us for an update.

An unopened, unused, damage-free item may be returned for a partial refund within the first 30 days of the order being placed (not the delivery date).  You are responsible for the return shipping charges to return the product to the warehouse.  Once the warehouse has confirmed that the product is unopened and unused, a refund will be issued minus credit card transaction fees and original shipping fees (even if your order was shipped free, there were still costs incurred by us to ship your order and those costs WILL be deducted from your refund).

After a product has been opened and used, even for a few moments, we will not accept any returns or trade-ins of any kind.  If the product is defective or damaged or does not live up to its specifications, you may contact the manufacturer to pursue a warranty claim with them.  

To be eligible for a return, you must email us first for RMA approval.  Please do not ship the item back to the warehouse without permission.

We do not offer exchanges or trade-ins but the manufacturer of the product you are returning may allow an exchange for another of their products.  We will be happy to consult with the manufacturer to see if this is a possibility for you.  We make no promises and set no expectations that this will be granted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You are liable for the product's safety and condition during return shipping so we recommend that you insure the product for its full value and get a tracking number.  We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during return shipping.
