Shipping Policy

Please note that processing times and shipping times are different. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You may request a tracking number but one will not be automatically sent to you.  This is because it is a manual process that must be done by hand.

All orders processed by the online checkout will ship by Fedex, UPS, or USPS ground.  If you need the product overnighted, please contact us.  

All products are warehoused and drop shipped by the manufacturer and we are not able to track quantity on hand or guarantee availability.

Shipping Rates

Please note that shipping is only available to the continental 48 states of the United States of America.  For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us and we can provide you a shipping quote (do not use the online checkout).  We cannot ship outside of the country, sorry.

Flat shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order are calculated by weight for simplicity. 

Free shipping: We offer free shipping for individual items over $300.  If you order multiple items and some are over $300 and some are less than $300, the system will charge you shipping for some and not the others.

 

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

You will not receive an automated shipping notification. But you may request a tracking number by emailing us.  When the package has shipped we will respond to your email with tracking.  Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving the order, please contact us at ldsreliance@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.  However, LDSreliance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We will do everything we can to assist with claims but that is ultimately up to the shipper.

Shipping To P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to PO boxes through the online checkout.  If you need something delivered to a PO box, please contact us first.

Freight Shipping

Some items are too heavy or bulky for UPS, Fedex, or USPS.  Those products will ship via freight.  For those shipments, we will provide as much information as possible but there is usually no tracking info and no guarantee of timeframe.  

If you have not received your product within 7 days of receiving a freight shipping notification, please contact us for an update.
