This new 4 socket inverter is Made In The USA and uses any 18V or 20V name-brand power tool battery from Milwaukee (M18), DeWalt, or Makita (LXT) to provide 120V AC power.  This inverter features a pure sine wave form, dual AC outlets, and enhanced device protections to keep your investment safe.

This model from KC is different from the other tool battery inverters from MillerTech that we sell in that it sacrifices some conveniences for extra device protection.  In other words, you will have to use all 4 battery sockets with 4 batteries, preferably of the same state of charge, and they are not hot swappable.  This was done to address the rare situation where the inverters and/or batteries were being damaged by short circuit or surge current.  These units are built to last a long time instead of being thrown away.  To accomplish that, KC has a nationwide service center network that can repair any damage to your unit, even after the warranty expires.
